THE RULES

5 on 5 hockey with goaltenders. Slapshots allowed. No checking. Bring both light and dark jersey.

All skates:

Required protective equipment.

Helmet
Shin guards
Gloves

I would always suggest you wear full equipment including a full facemask and mouthguard.

As always, by involving yourself in this event you acknowledge the risks to your person inherent in playing hockey and hold all personnel involved harmless.
